Product Description
The dynamics of this trick little chrome flat-slide motorcycle carburetor manufactured in Taiwan and installed on one of our Royal Enfield Motorcycles are considerable! It flange-mounts directly to the head, its compact precision design gives your throttle cable more clearance. It uses stock Bullet cable, (We include a Bullet cable in the kit for Electra owners.) has a pull-on enrichener, right or left-side idle adjuster and will use one of the high-flow air filters found in this carburetor section. It's particularly easy to dismantle and assemble too.
We tried a little experiment - put it on our family Electra, along with our Classic Royal Enfield Exhaust System and a K&N Cone Air Filter (both free-flowing) and then we ran it on a dyno. Without even being truly tuned properly, there was a distinct increase in both Horsepower and Torque (more than 10%)! We think this is a low cost and reliable performance option for the Bullet or Electra owner. Also fits most Norton, BSA, or Triumph motorcycles.
